Our team has gone to great lengths to ensure your apartment provides the comfort, convenience and safety during your stay in Prague.
This manual and guidebook is intended to answer any questions that you may have about the apartment and its appliances as well as to inform you about the rules and regulations of this property which we kindly ask you to follow.
GETTING AROUND
Prague public transport operates 24 hours/day. From 5 AM until midnight there are regular tram/bus lines, and metro, during the night you can use special night bus/tram lines.
A ticket for the Prague public transport network permits travel on the Prague Metro, trams and buses for a set period of time: 30 or 90 minute, 24 or 72 hours.
with unlimited switching between the three means of transport. Don't forget to stamp the ticket the first time.
The easiest way how to buy the ticket is official PID app Lítačka. You can download the app here for iOS or Android.
Tickets are on sale at metro stations, newsagents, and from orange/yellow ticket machines at major tram and bus stops.
If you buy paper ticket, don't forget to stamp the first time.
Tickets can also be purchased from ticket machines inside some trams with a contactless card - these don't have to be stamped and are valid from the time you bought it.

The nearest supermarket is Penny, on Revoluční street, approx. 1 minute walk.

GETTING COMFY IN YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
HEATING:
Turn the knobs at the side of the radiators to desired temperature.
If the radiator doesn’t heat up in few minutes, please let us know.
Kitchen appliances
STOVE
Hold your finger on the On button until the stove beeps, then select which hotplate you want to use by touching the corresponding button and put the pot/pan on it.
Use the +/- buttons to increase and decrease the heat. To turn the stove top off just press the ON/OFF button again.
1. To use the appliance, press the control knobs. The control knobs come out.
2. Turn the knob for the oven functions to select an oven function.
3. Turn the knob for the temperature to select a temperature.
4. To deactivate the appliance, turn the knobs for the oven functions and temperature to the off position.
Laundry
The washing machine with dryer function is in the kitchen.
Housekeeping
For additional fee we can provide you with housekeeping service and exchange of the bedsheets and towels.
If you'd like our cleaners to do the housekeeping, just let us know.
Waste disposal
The bin for non-sorted waste is downstairs right next to the staircase behind the grey door. You don't need a key for the door, it is opened all the time.

There are two networks available to you:

The TV is connected to the WiFi and you can use it for online streaming services as Netflix etc., we don't have regular TV channels.
Electricity
The electrical sockets in the apartment are compatible with plug types C, E & F
The fuse box is located above the entrance door to the apartment.
HOUSE RULES
Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 until 7:00.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.
YOUR DEPARTURE
Check-out time is until 10:00.
We would like to kindly ask you to close all windows and switch off the lights, our cleaner will take care of the rest.
On your way out please leave the fob for the building entrance on the table in the apartment and lock the door with the code.
If you already know your departure time, please let us know, it'll help us organize the cleaning.
